Reiki class was a success!

I had a wonderful time and experience helping Deanna Fulton of Open Forum Energy do a Reiki I & II workshop. Such a wonderful time had by all. I could feel my field expanding as I worked with all the wonderful women that weekend. Working with Deanna is such a treat for me. She is such a beautiful woman, full of such joyful and peaceful energy. The women attending the workshop all walked away with greater awareness of themselves as well as the Reiki world. Such a gorgeous thing! This was my first Reiki workshop in a 'Master' role and hopefully it won't be the last! I learned so much about energy work and helping others. "Holding Space" for so many people is so amazing, yet so exhausting for a beginner like me. It is mind boggling to think there is so much out there to learn. I am so eager to continue learning!!! Staying at Deanna's gorgeous home was a treat as well. Such a calm and peaceful place. This is up there as on of my best Seattle weekends!
Please visit Deanna's website to find out about energy jams as well as upcoming workshops and private sessions. Openforumenergy.com Love to see you there!

Thank you Deanna for the wonderful experience. I will join you any day you'll have me!

The Universe Provides

I am at a point in my life where I really feel blessed for all I have learned and how far I have come. I know that the Universe is not through with me yet. I still feel like a baby chick with so much to learn. I have been doing extensive training on Universal Energy and what that means. I have found out that what you put out into the world is basically what you are going to get back. Some parts of this are hard to grasp. Do you mean that if something bad happens in my life I am the root cause of it? How can that be? If I have negative in me then negative things will happen to me. I have a hard time swallowing that one. It sounds all good and to some extent I believe it. Just for kicks lets say we are in a car with 4 people and get into a wreck. Who was the negative one? Hmmmm The theory is that like in the instance above, if you are truly positive, you will walk away with a scratch vs the negative person that is seriously injured.
This stems from the concept of "The Secret" and "Excuse me your life is waiting". If you have heard of those books before then you know what I am talking about. They are about attracting what you desire into your life. Anything from money to love. Whatever you desire. There are MANY books on this topic out there. Now with the economy the way it is I am sure they are big sellers. Needless to say I tested the Universe. I put in a tall order too. I started at the simplest things and went all the way to a house with a man that adores me. Simple right. Then all you have to do is a few steps, (these vary among authors) and viola! I do have to admit I went in with a lot of skepticism. And today I really believe that the Universe has pulled through for me. I am still waiting to hear my Realtor tell me that the house I adore is mine and hand me the keys. But the Universe is starting to show herself to me...and it's great and much deserved and appreciated. So go ahead and grab one of the many books out there! Adjust it to fit to you...add feeling and you just don't know how the Universe will show herself to you! Most of all, Let go of the outcome! This is a very big step for me, but one that I think is the most important.

Reiki on...

Through my Reiki training it is amazing how much I can feel. I do meditation to focus on what I have felt and what is me or someone else. The energy I feel from different people is amazing. It is very hard to explain, but I feel as though I have been given new 'eyes' to see the world. Although much of what I experience is a feeling and not a sight.
I encourage anyone who has never had a Reiki session to find a local Reiki practitioner and sign up for at least one session. I find reiki to be addicting and I always want to learn more about what I feel from others. It is an endless study for me and I am loving every minute of it.
If you would like help finding a wonderful reiki practitioner in Northwest Washington then let me know. Any questions...email me. Also if you are a Reiki practitioner of any level I would love to meet you. Have a wonderful week!

So much to say, so much time...

It has been a long time past due my good friend. I have missed my moments of bliss as I ramble on my wonderful blog. But at last here I am! I can't say that I am back for the long haul, but I am here for now and that is as good as anything. I have so much to talk about, but I will spare you and organize my thoughts. I am relaxed as I sit here in bed sipping on water and listening to Journey's Greatest Hits. Could life be better?

My busy trails are finding that I like the small town life as I hunt for houses. My business in the making may not be as successful as it could be in a booming city, yet "if I build it, they will come." keeps reeling through my head. So I shall test that quote, or at least have fun while I practice on friends and family. I really feel as though things are coming together as they should.

Another big draw for this area is Search and Rescue. I have been interested in doing the PR and fund raising side of things for them. We are all volunteer so things get rough sometimes. We could have a much better outfit with a strong PR in place. That isn't me right now but I am networking and figuring out what needs to be done to get that way. Therefore....ANY IDEAS LET ME KNOW! :-) We are looking for donations and contributions, so ideas on how to go about that professionally is helpful. Start small and work our way up. I have done a bit for another group I was in before as well but I wasn't the sole person. So we shall see how I can head things up for them.

Besides that I have been working at my job. As well as working on building my Reiki business. Things are going good. I am busy so that is a great sig
n. I have a personal trainer starting this week that will trade for Reiki so that is awesome. I can keep growing with Reiki as I get fit for SAR and life!

The pictures above are of a hike around the Burlington airport. Top pic with my friend and son. And my new puppy, Lady Lucy "LuLu", she is a sweetheart, and me. Lulu is a Newfoundland, Great Pyrenees, and Border Collie mix. I want to train her to pull things so she can pull carts and things for SAR. It would be the best! The pic below is around Blanchard mountain with my Aunt.

Feelings...That is what it is all about.

Feelings are the missing link to many things. Do you recognize how many times have you thought of something that you desire and there is a feeling attached with it? You think of the love of your life...is there a feeling somewhere in your body, maybe in your chest or head? It can be a warm feeling or a tingly feeling. Whatever is right for you. If you don't get a feeling that is okay. Maybe take a minute and close your eyes. Focus on something that you desire...a house or car, maybe a person in your life, anything. Make it big to yourself. Let all other thoughts leave your mind as you focus on this desire. After you have made it as big as it can be and are focusing on that desire, focus on your body, still keeping that desire in your mind. Where is there a feeling in your body? What does it feel like? Give it a color or a shape. After you are successful in identifying the feeling to you then take your identifier and feeling and hold on to it.

This feeling is what is missing from the popular book and movie, "The Secret". The FEELING is what attaches you to your desires. Make sure that you are focusing and giving feeling to the correct desires...how many times do you focus on bills and wish they would go away? You get a sinking feeling in your chest that they will always be there. And what happens...there is a bill in the mail the next day. You are attaching the feeling and making it happen, good practice, but how about we focus on the things we consider positive. Just a note that the universe can not distinguish what is negative and positive to your desires. It is providing you with what you ask for. So lets focus on the positive from here on out. Positive attracts positive in all you do!!!

Go ahead and give it a try. Think of that new house that you want. Close your eyes and picture you in that house. Make it home. How are you going to paint the walls? Where are you going to put your collections? Picture it. Paint your mind with these visions. See yourself actually in the home, maybe making dinner or mowing the lawn. I invite you to now attach your feeling to this vision. You may already be feeling a warm feeling or tingling maybe even a cold feeling, whatever is right for you is the right feeling. Now hold on to that feeling and that vision and go back to it often without making it an obsession for you. A big part in the law of attraction is also being able to let things go. To know that they will be provided when the time is right.

Work on this as you go throughout your day. Take time for yourself and visualize often. Then you will be hitting the high notes you deserve.

Blessings!

Choose Happiness

I am currently reading the book, "Attractor Factor" by Dr Joe Vitale. I have mentioned him quite a few times in other blogs. He is also the founder of my Miracles Coaching program that I am currently participating in. And by the way, it is going GREAT! I am reading the book in conjunction with the coaching program. He has a great section on Happiness. I am not quoting him word for word, but I got the ideas for this blog directly from this book. If you are interested in more check out any of his wonderful books available at Amazon.com. I will touch on it shortly and then let you make your choices. {smile}

As we create desires and wants...what is the primary focus of most of our desires? Happiness.

We want a new car; so we can be happy.
We want our dream home;
so we can be happy.
We want a trusting relationship; so we can be happy.

We want more money; so we can be happy.
We want success; so we can be happy.

Are you catching the trend? Do we ever wish for unhappiness? I hope not!

So the truth of the matter is to find happiness NOW. Start with being grateful. If you need to make a list of things to be grateful for, by all means grab a pen and make a list. I touched on this in greater detail in my last blog.
You need to make the decision to be happy with what you have...now. Not if I only had more money I could find happiness. What about if you find happiness money will follow? Can that be true? OF COURSE!

Remember you get what you ask for...what are you asking for?

Blessings!

Be Green and Grateful

Happy St Patrick's Day!

Today is the day that I will set aside to talk about being grateful. Sit down and make a list of the things that you are grateful for. Attempt to do this daily as a way to start your morning routine. Set the alarm 5 minutes earlier so that you can have time. Then set a pen and notebook by your bed and wha-la you can simply sit up and write your list. This can set your tone for the day as well. You are starting off finding positive to be grateful for. As you go through your day you may start to think, 'hmm I can add that to my list.' Or as you go you may simply find the gratitude around you. To take being grateful one step further...take the things that you don't want and turn them into something to be grateful for. An example could be, ' I don't want to have a crappy car.' Turn that into, 'I am grateful to have a car that gets me to work and back.' As well as take the things that you long for and turn them into gratitude. 'I want a better job.' for example could become, 'I am grateful that I have a job in these trying times.' Work on it and as you do it will become easier and easier. You will find yourself being more and more grateful and therefore positive in no time! Isn't that what we strive for!

my grateful list:

I am grateful :

  • that I am single so I can spend more quality time with my son.
  • that I don't weigh a ton and am healthy.
  • i have a great car that runs and gets me to work, all while looking great!
  • i have money and more opportunities to make more money.
  • for my intelligent sensitive son.
  • when my son asks me to Reiki him. This shows his support and belief in me.
  • for my mother with all her experiences. Her open heart, knowledge and love.
  • for my awesome apartment with gorgeous stained glass windows.
  • my strength.
  • wonderful family and friends that love me for who I am.
  • that i have no needs.
  • the accomplishments i have done so far: hypnotherapy, Reiki II, Search and Rescue, ED tech, EMT and so on, with more to come.
You can see where the list can catch fire! There is so much to be grateful for. Everyday, just make at least two entries into your notebook. It is so much easier to do more, but at least two.

~late addition: If you are having trouble finding the things to be grateful for or if you just want a good read
go to the address below. Just cut and paste in your browser. I haven't quite figured out the link option yet. This is a great excerpt from 'Pronoia is the antidote to Paranoia.' Enjoy!

Certified life

Here we are hiking for our final course for Search and Rescue. I have to say that it was such a wonderful feeling when Jeff, one of the SAR guys, said, "Look around, you are all Certified
now." As a team we went through plenty of difficult times. Training was not easy for our volunteer group. I look back at some of the photos and can tell how much we all grew up. I am glad I tested myself and joined. Now it is only onward and upward from here!

In my most recent Miracles coaching exercise we discussed so many great things, but the one that I want to touch on is reframing questions. This is something that is going to take practice on my part. The purpose of this is to get a more positive outcome. When you are asked, "how was your day?" A general quick one word answer is usually the outcome. With friends a lot of the time you get a cliff notes version of the awful weekend/day they are having. So to focus the conversation why not ask, "What was something great about your weekend?" or "what is something exciting you have planned for this week?" Maybe even test them, "Tell me something good about your day in 30 secs?" Of course this is in a joking manner and not meant to speed them up so you don't have to chat with them. Give it a shot this week. See what responses you get. Maybe reframe the questions so you don't sound like a slap-happy hyper freak. But you get the idea.

Blessings!

Just to let you know....

My boo has a viral infection. So there isn't much that the doc can do about it. She said that if he isn't better by Sat. to bring him in. My little cutie is finally sleeping for the first time all day. Please send healing his way. Not only do I want him to get better, but this weekend is the last weekend for my search and rescue training. I am not going to leave my boo when he is this sick though. So please send your healing energy his way so he gets better.

I kept my first goal of minute express cleaning and working out. That is what I am going to call it...Minute Express. I ended up doing one minute of sit-ups and one minute of stretching. It is so easy to take one minute to do something. I also got my desk cleaned off. It really only took me 10 minutes. I got rid of a lot of papers that were needles
sly stacking up and my desk looks great. It even looks empty because I took off my broken monitor. I do realize that I kept leaving it for the end of the day. I think it would be wiser until it becomes habit, to do my tasks in the beginning. Had I been telling myself I am going to workout for 30mins. I probably wouldn't have done it. Reality people, I live there too!

I read a magazine that I like so far. It is Whole Living Body + Soul. It has some great articles on green living. It is a Martha Stewart publication, though I am not a big fan of hers, she does have some nifty ideas. Not sure how many of you know this but I aim to make my entire business 'green.' Meaning that everything used in my business & to make my business will either reduce, be reused or I will buy recycled. I like this magazine because it gives low cost options as well as some of the more spendy ones. It had a great article about getting rid of the junk mail. As well as how to reuse vs recycle.

Blessings!

My wonderful sister has a blog dedicated to your one and only...ME! So read all about it at Hear Me Roar: http://heartasharoar.blogspot.com/ Also her link is posted in my Fav links section for your easy access. And yes, she does mention Scott in her blog, but hey, I will share my shining star.

I am getting ready to take my didj to the doctor. He seemed like he was getting better the last time I blogged. However, he has still been running high fevers and the congestion is getting the better of him. Poor little guy. I just worry that his viral infection has turned into a sinus infection or gone to his lungs since he is unable to take a deep breath. No worries my wonderful fans he has an appt at 1:50 and all will be answered.

I will continue on with more homework as soon as we get back from the doctors office. My super mother got me the book, "Attractor Factor" by Joe Vitale for my birthday. As suggested by my miracles coach. So I will dig into that book today
and dig deeper into my life changing process.

One conversation I have had that is extremely note-worthy is my conversation I had recently with my friend, Jeff. Jeff is a great guy living in Michigan. He and I recently were having a chat that led to talking about hate. I won't go full bore into the conversation as I respect his privacy. The energy that is put into hating someone or something is far greater than one would expect. A lot of energy goes into hate. I have to ask if that is worth it? The energy consumed could be far better spent putting your resources into making a difference toward that hate. Now I don't want it to seem like this conversation of hate was about
Jeff being consumed by it. We were just discussing the topic of hate. Just to clear the air here. I told him that I felt how people harbor hate and expend it is the difference between Helen Keller and Hitler. Or maybe an even greater example would be Anne Frank and Hitler. When we hate a person we are giving that person a lot of our energy. That is such a waste. Could we turn that hate into energy toward ourselves or maybe even helping others? Sure we can! It is all a choice that we make. So did Hitler know he was making the choice to hate? To expend energy against a race? Yes, he did. As sad as it may seem that is the choice we make. It is made more on a subconcsious level, but we can choose against that. Now believe me no one is perfect and by no means am I comparing anyone that hates or dislikes with Hitler. I am just giving you a known identity to help put yourself in check. Decide who you would rather be and set goals toward obtaining that life. make changes, big or small to be satisfied with yourself. You are all that matters! So make those choices based on what you want to see. Very important! Simple examples would be, "I hate traffic jams!" Can you instead harbor that energy taken towards hate and put it into washing your car. Or maybe even write a letter to a loved one. If fury is your friend then try kickboxing or soccer. Something that constructively expends your energy. If you are exhausted have you noticed how hard it is to expend that hate? Also if you hate a specific person, place, group or race, maybe try to see all sides of that hate. Where does it stem from? Is it a legitimate way to expend your energy? Is there a better way to solve the idea of hate? I am sure you can find something even if you dig! Even if you just settle on the fact that you are better for disolving your hate, then do that!

This is a pic of Nate and I going for a walk...then the downpour began. We got soaked! It was a fun walk and Zues had fun puddle jumping.

I would like to thank the readers of my blog. I love your comments and suggestions. If you read my sisters blog you will know that comments are what make a bloggers life all worth it. All your suggestions are wonderful. If you would like to ask me a question or have a blog request then let me know.

Namasté

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

(Redirected from Namaste)

Namasté, Namaskar or Namaskaram (Sanskrit: नमस्ते [nʌmʌsˈteː] from external sandhi between namaḥ and te) is a common spoken greeting or salutation in the Indian subcontinent. Taken literally, it means "I bow to you". The word is derived from Sanskrit (namas): to bow, obeisance, reverential salutation, and (te): "to you".[1] Namaskar is considered a slightly more formal version than namasté but both express deep respect. It is commonly used in India and Nepal by Hindus, Jains and Buddhists, and many continue to use this outside the Indian subcontinent.

When spoken to another person, it is commonly accompanied by a slight bow made with hands pressed together, palms touching and fingers pointed upwards, in front of the chest. The gesture can also be performed wordlessly and carry the same meaning.

In Indian and Nepali culture, the word is spoken at the beginning of written or verbal communication. However, upon departure the only the wordless hands-folded gesture is made.

*In yoga, namasté is said to mean "The light within me honors the light within you," as spoken by both the yoga instructor and yoga students.*

Fun World

I am off today and my son is sick. What a great day! I really mean that I am not being sarcastic. I love spending time with my cutie. He is feeling better now. Wants me to get my homework and blogging done so that we can go get food. He hasn't eaten since last night so I suppose I should hurry. I have plans to go get food and then come home and 'spring clean.' Leanne is having a garage sale on the 21st of this month. I want to be able to put some stuff in it. I already gave her a bag full. In it was my beloved "bat girl shoes." I wore them with my batgirl costume quite a few years ago. Well SHOES ARE SHOES and you just can't go getting rid of them. I am proud of myself for letting go.

I have been reading a lot lately. Some of the advice I read has been so wonderful. I think I will start passing it on here in my blogs.
I just recently read an article about feeling overwhelmed and depressed. A lot of times in our lives we can get so caught up in the feelings of being overwhelmed by things that need to be done that we let that depress us. Looking around the house you see clutter and no time to clean. Step back and remove yourself for a minute. Take ten minutes a day to clean on one thing or area that you have been meaning to get to. Sometimes you have a full ten minutes to give, sometimes it goes over, sometimes you only have 2 minutes. Whatever it is set out with a goal of ten minutes a day. Be grateful the days that it happens. If you go over great, if not then that is okay. But set it aside. Or with exercise. Sometimes the idea of working out without instant results bores us. Set a goal that you will work out for one minute a day. Or five minutes a day. Whatever you think will be practical for you to meet. Same as with cleaning, 5 is perfect, more is great and 2 is fine. Get back on track tomorrow for just 5. You may find that you spend more time one day stretching and doing floor routine. As time allows it becomes habit. Now you only have 15mins out of your day to clean and exercise. How wonderful!
What about at work when you have a heated conversation with someone? The same "step back" approach works here as well. In the medical field we work closely and daily with people that are afraid. People have differing responses to this feeling. Some get mad, some ask a lot of questions, some get quiet. But no response is the right response. It depends on who is asking. In ER we have people get upset with us, (ER staff), frequently for various reasons. It is important to not let yourself get caught in the mix. For example, if a visitor is getting in your face about how long the wait is, take a step back and let them know you will be back to speak with them when the time is better for them. Then gather information for them. Fear stems from the unknown...what is unknown for them? Return with a compassion to help them resolve their fears with answers. You are the authority and they need answers.
This also works in the office setting. A co-worker gets snappy with you. Calmly reply that you will come back when it is a better time for them. Instead of getting sucked into the negative vibes. Its about taking 10 so that you can have a better attitude. Also being sucked in you may not recognize the reaction of someone else. Why are they acting the way they are? Has a co-workers mother just died? Did the patients father die in a hospital of the same symptoms? Was their ex a nurse so they hate nurses? It can be a number of things, but when you get caught up in the mix it makes it hard to have a full picture vs a narrow minded debate. Take the time to step back! You will be glad more often than not. From working in the ER we all know that the best answer isn't always the one you have. Attempting to see how people perceive the situation vs trying to get them to see your perception is the best goal to have. Or better yet, ask them their perception!

Have fun this week setting new time goals. My goal is 1 minute of sit-ups daily and 10 minutes of cleaning daily. I will keep you posted!

The picture is of my cutie and was taken at a zoo in Colorado.

Welcome!

Hello all! I am so excited to share the happenings in my life. First of all I had my first miracles coaching session. It was wonderful. I am very excited of more things to come. I am identifying my wants, turning them into intentions...then letting them go. I also am paying attention to conversations and how I speak with others. This is a very important step to becoming more open. One of the best things that I got from my session with Robyn was when she said, "You will see many signs of land as you go. These are important to recognize." She explained with a great visual that as I start to make changes I will see different "signs of land." Like when searching for new land, on the water you see land birds or rocks or different signs that land is ahead. These signs are important to recognize because they mean that better, (land), is ahead. Her example was when searching for a guy. One would start meeting quite a few different men, yet not 100% what one is looking for. These are the signs of land. The signs that the universe is getting the request and it is providing. The miracle will be soon. I love it.!! Also a good point toward not settling for a sign and to hold out for the land!

As I pay attention to how I hold conversations, I notice that I tend to be and stay fairly positive. As we talk we are programing our minds for how to think and feel about things. So if I am constantly looking in the mirror and leaving in disgust that programs that feeling. Or even more effective and hurtful is looking in the mirror and saying, "I am so fat!" this programs your mind to be dutiful and fulfill that request. How powerful words are!! I think the greatest application for me was to listen to how others talk. I noticed, without much news to me, how contagious negativity spreads. Yet positive tends to hush a crowd. My example is at work. A co-worker was talking about a person, making fun and being rude. As we were standing in a circle and talking I noticed that others started to laugh and joke and add their comments. Then when I piped in and said a positive comment. What I noticed was that one person, (leader of the joking), said yeah you are right. But more profound was that the circle had disbanded. Odd, how addicting that negativity was, yet the opposite was unwanted. More interesting is the formation of the circle when the negative words started. I had a fun time listening to further comments and conversations through out the night. Sometimes adding my own comments and sometimes just watching to see reactions. Slow night at work I guess!!

Another wonderful lesson was to clear clutter. This pertains to my mind and my physical space and self. If I have been thinking over and over to call someone and just don't. Or to clean up the physical space in my life, vacuum & laundry for me. Pay off debts or make arrangement to. If someone owes you, request payment or settle the debt. The first thing I did was to sit down and write my dad and step-mom. I love having them in my life and miss them, I needed to tell them that. Also I put a call into my hypnotherapy instructor, Ron Stubbs, he has changed my life and showed me my path. I am grateful. Then I started cleaning. I am talking deep down clean! How important it is to not have dirt in our life. I vacuumed, to suck up loose and ground in dirt. Then to wipe our past and move to the future, I dusted and cleaned off the counters. Also the accumulation of past experiences, so I went through all the papers laying around and either cleared them by tossing them or filed them for future use. How beneficial all these things were! I still have so much more to do. Getting piles of laundry put away, and wash dirty clothes. Get old things out and simplify my life. Ahhh how refreshing. Besides, who likes coming home to a dirty home?

Some other happenings was an obvious 'sign of land.' I was on a real estate sight and had found the perfect home. Now mind you this is based on a picture and ad. It was in Camano Island, in my price range, and all the things I am looking for. Space for my business, land, cute fixer upper. I sent it to my mortgage broker..."Is this possible?" I can't just sit when I find the perfect thing. Action is the next step. The universe will provide, it is up to us to take action! I also requested more information from my agent. Then I went to work. I just had the over all feeling that if it is supposed to happen it will. I will know what to do. As stated, it was slow at work. So I went to show a friend, Charlie, my perfect home. It was gone! Now the funny things is what happened next...I felt fine! I know that usually I would be sad. I figure that this home was my 'sign of land!' This feeling was astounding! I even joked with everyone that I was SO sad, yet I wasn't and maybe that is why I could joke!! I knew that if that house was the perfect house then it would all come together. The universe must have better plans for me! I can't wait to see!!

Today my sister and family came to visit. I have missed her and am excited to see my niece and nephew. We haven't seen her and Scott since Christmas time, so it was long over due. She brought me my most wonderful BIRTHDAY present. Which is posted on this page. I had requested a work of art from her. And I got it!! It is a quilted sign for my business. Front says "New View Hypnotherapy Welcome!" Then when you flip it over the back has a busy with client message and to call. I would quote it for you, however it is hanging on my door already! It is perfect! She put it all together in my business colors and everything like only she can do! Thank you Tasha!!!

I feel like I am changing my direction for the best! I am so happy to have everything in my life right now. I love my job, my career and my family and friends!! There are more aspects to being truly wealthy, but I am well on my way!

Blessings!

All the events and happenings going on in my life are seeming to fly by. I feel like I have accomplished a lot recently. As I sit here writing this at 3:30 am on my birthday morning a lot crosses my mind. Funny the things that will keep ya awake. As I might have mentioned before my goal for this year is to be successful in my business. Feeling that time is going to fly by I decided to dig into studying.
My first task is to catch up on works by Joe Vitale the founder of my miracles coaching program.
My miracles coaching program is getting off to a great start. I was emailed a 5 step program for creating and manifesting my intentions. As well as clearing a lot of false beliefs I have or need to be cleared from the past. These were very powerful exercises for me. I discovered a lot of limiting beliefs that I have in my mind. I feel as though I have cleared most of them and can now move forward. It is funny how the universe provides.
I strongly believe that if you are positive then you are provided with positive outcomes. Anything negative in your life, you have created. Either on a conscious or subconscious level. Good news about this is you can do things to help clear those negative happenings. So after this clearing exercise I believe that I have greatly helped myself on the road to an over all wealthy person. Wealth as an all encompassing factor...not just pertaining to money.
I also ordered some great teachings from Devin Hastings, another great hypnotherapist. He sent me a book that was on my amazon wish list and quite a few dvd's. I will be able to advance my training with all the research that I am doing to make me just that much better for my clients. Dvd's on hypnotherapy affecting weight loss, anxiety, OCD & diabetes. "Anxiety, OCD and Hypnosis: new answers for those who suffer in silence" by Devin Hastings. I can't wait to absorb them all. Hypnotherapy is such a powerful tool! I was saddened to learn that he didn't have any of the 'Emergency' dvd's left. This is the reason I choose to go into hypnotherapy...to help patients heal themselves in conjunction with the physician. He did give me the name of a book that is now highest priority on my amazon wish list!
My amazon wish list should have a cap on it because it is overflowing with books that I can't wait to read. My bookshelves are full of books read and waiting to be read. Ones I was afraid I would miss out on if I didn't get them right away. I have a great heartmath book that I am almost finished with. "The Heartmath Solution", by Doc Childre and Howard Martin. Great book! As I was watching the Joe Vitale video he mentioned even more books and people to check out. I believe in giving credit where due so I researched them and added them to my list as well.
What a wonderful field I have chosen! I am so happy with the path I am on. I am learning so much. As I learn I not only help myself, but learn how to help others as well.
Reiki has effected my life in so much more a way then I could ever
have imagined! I get to quickly and seemingly effortlessly help people. I practice on the people at work all the time. And my mother and son love it! I love that I can help them in such a powerful way. I can not wait to develop that path further as well. Becoming a Reiki master is one accomplishment I will be very proud of when that road is able to be taken.
I am so pleased with all the things happening in my life. It is funny how when you clear your mind and let it go, great things happen. Lets just say, the Universe provides! I will be thrilled to keep you updated on my successes as I meet them. I am no longer afraid of being successful, which was something I discovered and cleared. Now that is out of the way, WATCH OUT WORLD!
But first, some sleep for my birthday....

by the way, the pic is a photo I took of the Deception Pass bridge. great pics. I decided to be a bit more random with pics. Just post anything to share.
I also want to post items from my "Instant Karma" book that I have....things to do to get instant karma!

MISSING....

Was Superman here before us? Could he no longer go on? Was there a kryptonite exposure? How will we ever know what happened?! Please respond. This suit was found while hiking on a SAR course. Please let me know if Superman is out there? Or is he just naked?! Please reply to this posting if you know anything or have any information about this crime.

Okay I will be serious. Even though it is dull. I thought I would post some of my SAR photos...then realized I don't have many. We did not touch the superman suit at all. It was laying on this stump like this when we found it. And our mission was not to find Superman either! It was a gorgeous weekend for hiking about. Hard on the feet though. We hiked all day and then the next day! Soooo great. I do have to say that joining SAR I don't feel insecure about if I am ready to camp or hike anymore. Just give me a tarp and trial and I am set! I know I have a lot of work still to go, but I am ready! Until next time....which might be sooner than you think....Ciao!

Pic found....

I had been searching for a pic of Bushman's hair before it was cut. I finally found it! There was a length of hair that he had that was adorable. When he didn't flatten it like a helmet to try to get it to stay down that is. I think he looks best with short hair but his Bushman hair was adorable too. Yeah I know, that's because I am mom.

Going up River...

Today Didj and I decided to take a trip. Seeing how he had no school and I didn't have to work...why not?! So we started our journey at the Burlington Cafe. Such delicious food! Then we just started driving. I didn't know where I was headed, but Boo wanted to see some birds. In this pic you can see his bird book in one hand and binoculars in the other. We headed out driving along the Skagit river. What a gorgeous drive! The sun was out and it was a wonderful day. We would pull over and explore an area, then hop back in the car and find a new spot. Oh what a perfect day! We then decided to take the scenic route to Bellingham along Chuckanut. Again breathtaking views! We pulled into Boomer's for some dinner. It's this fun drive-up style burger place that comes a very close second to Big Toms in Olympia. Best burgers around! And Didj likes to just drive up and then eat in the car, although he isn't partial to the 50's music. I think it is a blast! Then back home and putt around some stores. With evil fraudulent activity on my debt card I couldn't use my card. Boy that is rough. But that might be the first time I walked through the mall and didn't get a thing! Then to top off the evening we headed to Big Scoop. Set up like a 50's ice cream shop...I remember going there with mom when we were younger. NO that wasn't in the 50's! All in all we didn't see many birds at all, but the time spent together and the beautiful views all made today's trip...and the gas, worth it! We saw a lot of future sites to hike. Including the trail that goes from Sedro to Hamilton. I can't wait for another day off together to explore more and hike around some more.
